You get a simple written plan: pages or assets, timeline, what is in scope, and what we will not do. You approve that before we start making.

Design, content and production happen together. You see the work as it takes shape. We change what is not right before it ships.

You receive the live site, files or content calendar, plus a short handoff. After launch we stay reachable for fixes and the next piece of work.
